South Indian dish Dosa is very famous across the country. It has become a major part of almost every home. Other varieties like Masala Dosa, Paneer Dosa have gained immense popularity and one such variety is Sprouts Dosa. It is not only delicious but also full of nutrition. It can be consumed for breakfast or as a snack when you feel slightly hungry during the day. You can easily make it at home and enjoy it. So let us know how you have to make it.


1 cup moong dal

1-inch ginger

2-3 green chillies

1 bunch of coriander leaves

1 teaspoon cumin

Oil as per requirement

Salt as per taste


First of all, take one cup of moong dal, clean it, and soak it in water overnight.

Then tie them in a cloth to germinate. Alternatively, you can also use sprouted moong available in the market.

Now put the sprouted moong in the mixer jar.

Add green coriander, ginger, green chili, cumin, and half a cup of water and grind it to make a smooth paste.

Then, transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl.

Similarly, prepare Sprouts Dosa from all the batter one by one.

You can serve it with coconut chutney or sambar.
