If you are fond of eating sweets then you will like Rose Coconut Laddu very much. This is a quick and easy dessert that can be prepared with minimal ingredients.
Material:
4 bread slices
4 tbsp rose syrup
250 gm khoya (mawa)
250 gm mixed dry fruits
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp thandai powder

Instruction:
First of all, cut all the bread slices into round shapes.
On a separate plate, knead the khoya, mixed dry fruits and thandai powder together until well mixed.
Place the prepared stuffing on one bread slice and cover it with another bread slice.
Using your hands, shape them into round laddus.
Dip them in rose syrup and roll in dry coconut.
Your rose coconut laddus are ready. Cool them in the refrigerator and serve them chilled.
