Recipe- Have you ever consumed salty halwa? Note the recipe!

Sweet semolina pudding is often made in most homes. But have you ever eaten salty semolina pudding? If not then today we are going to tell you its recipe.

Material

Semolina – 1 bowl

Capsicum – 1

Green chilli chopped – 5

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves – 20

Cumin – 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp

mustard – 1/2 tsp dry mango

powder – 1 tsp

asafoetida – 1 pinch

garam masala – 1/4 tsp

desi ghee – 1/2 bowl

salt – as per taste

Recipe

- Take semolina, put it in a pan and fry it lightly.

After this, take it out in a bowl and keep it aside.

Now take curry leaves, green chillies, and capsicum and cut them into fine pieces.

Then add ghee to the pan and keep it on low flame.

- When ghee melts, you have to add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida in it.

- After this add capsicum, green chilli and curry leaves.

- When they are cooked, after some time add coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, turmeric and other spices and fry for 2 minutes.

After this, add roasted semolina to this mixture of spices. After this, mix it well with the help of a spoon.

- After cooking it for a minute, add 4 bowls of water to it and cook until the halwa starts releasing ghee.

- After this turn off the gas. Semolina salty pudding is ready. Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve.
