Private schools cannot increase fees without permission, orders issued!

Private schools in Delhi are now barred from arbitrarily increasing fees, according to an order issued by the Delhi Education Directorate. The department's instructions state that no private unaided school can increase fees without prior permission. Additionally, if schools intend to increase fees for the new session between April 1 and April 15, they will have to submit a proposal. It has been emphasized that any incomplete proposal regarding fee increase will not be considered valid.

Meanwhile, the Delhi Directorate of Education (DOE) has declared the results of final exams for classes 3, 4, 6 and 7. Parents and students can check the result on the official website edudel.nic.in. To check the results, students need to enter their login credentials such as application ID, class, section and date of birth. The examination was conducted between February and March.

Enter Application ID, Class, Section and Date of Birth.

The result will appear on the screen. Now, check and print it.

The results of classes 9 and 11 in Delhi schools are expected to be declared on March 31. Last time the results were declared on March 31. For more information, you can visit the official website of the Delhi Education Directorate.

Meanwhile, the Directorate of Education has also released the annual school calendar for the academic year 2024-25. According to the school calendar, summer vacations will start on May 11 and end on June 30. However, school teachers will have to work from June 28 to June 30. The winter vacation is scheduled from January 1 to January 15, 2025.
