Ingredients required

2 to 3 tbsp ghee or butter

1/4 tsp cumin

onion finely chopped

green chillies chopped

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp red chilli

dry mango powder ½ tsp

Salt as per taste

Three boiled potatoes

One to two 6 slices of chickpea coriander

How to make

First of all, put the griddle on the gas and when it gets hot, add butter or ghee, add onion, green chili, cumin, garlic ginger paste, and fry it. After roasting add black pepper, red chili, dried mango powder, salt, and mix. After cooking a little, add the boiled potatoes after breaking them and keep stirring. Now let it cook well for 5 minutes. Finally, add coriander leaves, mix well, and switch off the flame.

Now take a piece of bread and apply butter on its inside. Now fill it well with the potato mixture and cover it with the second bread. You can add green chutney or ketchup to it as per your taste.
