To make delicious Poha, you can follow this recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flattened rice (poha)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small potato, peeled and diced
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Cooking oil
Instructions:

Rinse the flattened rice (poha) in a colander under running water for a few seconds. Drain and keep it aside for 10 minutes to allow it to soften.

Heat oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
