Since ancient times, our sages and saints have recognized the glory of miraculous medicinal plants hidden in nature and used them in the treatment of various diseases, spiritual practice and astrological remedies. Today we will tell you about two such amazing plants, whose medicinal, religious and astrological importance will surprise you. These plants are Aparajita and Chidi (Latjira or Apamarg).
1. Aparajita: Miracle plant with beautiful flowers
Introduction:
Aparajita is a plant which is considered extremely beneficial in Ayurveda. It is also known as Vishnukanta in some places. There are two types of this plant—one which has blue flowers, and the other which has white flowers. Both types of Aparajita plants have an important place in Ayurveda, Tantra and Astrology.

- Chitterling (Latjira or Apamarg): The plant that solves every problem
Introduction:
Chitra, also known as Latjira and Apamarg, is an extremely powerful plant. Its seeds stick to clothes, hence it is called Latjira. According to mythological beliefs, Goddess Ganga resides in the root of this plant, and it is considered equivalent to nectar.

- Brushing teeth with this plant keeps teeth strong. Burning its leaves and using toothpaste removes all dental problems.
- To reduce hunger:
- In ancient times, sages and saints who practised meditation used to make kheer of its seeds and eat it. This kheer kept hunger under control for a long time, so that there was no hindrance in meditation.
- Relief from scorpion sting:
- If someone is bitten by a scorpion, then by taking out the root of this plant and rubbing it on the affected area with prayer, the poison of the sting is removed immediately. This remedy is very effective.
Religious and Astrological Significance:
- Planting the nettle plant in the house destroys negative energy.
- It is considered as sacred as the water of the Ganges and its use ensures peace and happiness in the house.
- This plant is used in Tantric practices, especially to protect against evil forces.
