Panjiri Recipe: On the special occasion of Janmashtami, offer Kanha the Panjiri!
Ingredients for making Atta ki Panjiri:
1 bowl flour
1 tbsp cardamom powder
1 bowl sugar powder
1 small bowl chironji (finely chopped)
1 small bowl of almonds (long thinly sliced)
1 small bowl of cashew nuts
1 large bowl of ghee
Method of making Atta ki Panjiri:
- Put ghee in a pan on a medium flame for heating.
As soon as the ghee is hot, add flour and fry it well and keep stirring it continuously so that it does not burn.
As soon as a slight smell starts coming from the flour, it means that the flour has been fried.
Now add all the dry fruits one by one and keep stirring continuously.
After dry fruits, add sugar and mix them well.
In the end, add cardamom powder and turn off the flame while mixing.
- Atta panjiri is ready.
