Ingredients
Sabudana - 2 cups
Milk - 1 liter
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Fruits - as needed
Cream - 1 cup
Saffron threads
Dry fruits
Method
Wash the sago and soak it in water and after that add milk in a pan and boil it on medium flame. After boiling the milk, take out the sago from the water and stir it. When the milk becomes thick, add sugar to it and take it down after a while. Now whisk the fruits and cream and mix them. After this, cool it by keeping it in the fridge and garnish it with saffron and dry fruits and enjoy it.
