Potato - two cups

raisins - fifty grams

green chilies - four


ghee - one and a half cup

paneer - two cups


green cardamom

rock salt - as required 


Method of preparation:-

First, boil the potatoes. 

Now prepare a mixture of boiled potatoes and paneer with spices. 

Now add green chilies and the remaining ingredients to it. 

Now prepare small rolls of this mixture. 

Now heat ghee in a pan and fry all the balls in it till they become golden brown. 

In this way your paneer rolls are ready.
