Navratri Special: Bread Rasmalai will be best in a fruit diet, learn the easy recipe!


The festival of Navratri is about to begin. Many people keep fast during this time. Sweets are definitely included in the diet. In such a situation, today we have brought you the recipe for making Bread Rasmalai at home. 

Necessary ingredients

- 10 slices of bread

- 4 barfi

- 2 liters milk

- 2 liters milk

- 1 cup sugar

- Almonds and pistachios for garnishing

- 4 tbsp ghee

- Pinch saffron

- Rose petals

- Silverwork



Taking a bowl, you have to cut small round pieces of bread. 

Make sugar syrup by adding water to half a cup of sugar.

You have to boil the milk till it thickens.

Add ice cream and remaining sugar to it and boil it. Heat the griddle and roast the bread pieces well by applying ghee. 

Now dip them in sugar syrup and take them out.

Mix the remaining sugar syrup in the ras malai.

Now mix the bread pieces in the ras malai.

After this sprinkle almonds, pistachios, and saffron on top of them. Garnish with silver work and rose petals and serve.
