Navratri Recipe: Offer khoa peda to Mataji on Navratri, it is ready in minutes!

Necessary ingredients
Khoya - 1 cup (grated)
Lukewarm milk - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Desi ghee - 1,1/2 tbsp
Saffron - 6 to 7 threads
Pistachios - as required (chopped)
Cardamom powder - 1/4 small spoon
Recipe
First of all mix saffron in milk and keep it aside.
After this, take a pan and add ghee to it and heat it. Fry khoya inside it for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
Then add the saffron milk and sugar to it.
Now add cardamom powder and cook till the mawa leaves the sides of the pan.
You have to keep the prepared mixture to cool down at room temperature.
Now apply some ghee on your hands and make pedas by taking a little by little mixture.
Garnish it with pistachios and keep it on a plate and offer it to the Mother Goddess.
