Navratri Fast recipe: Do not want to eat deep-fried items during fasting, so make sabudana vada like this

People may eat less in fasting, but if you eat fried and roasted then it is not right in any way. So today we will tell you the recipe for making Sabudana Vada without frying.

For how many people : 3

Stuff :

Sabudana - 1 cup, Potato - 2, Groundnut - 1-2 cup, Ginger - 1/2 inch grated, Green chilli - 2, Cumin - 1/2 tsp, Green Coriander - 1-2 tsp, Lemon juice - 1 tsp, rock salt - as per taste

Method :

Soak sabudana in water for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Then with the help of a sieve, remove the water from it and keep it for a while.

Till then, lightly fry the peanuts on low flame and then grind them coarsely.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.

Keep in mind that the mixture should not be too wet or else there will be a problem in making vada.

Now grease the idli or paniyaram pan with oil. Add vada balls to it and cook with steam.

You can also check it in between. If the bottom surface turns golden, then flip it and cook it on the other side.

-Non fried sabudana vada is ready.
