Arbi - 8-10, Water chestnut - 1/2 cup, Groundnut - 1/2 cup, Green coriander - 1 to 2 tbsp
Green chili - 2 to 3, Ginger - 1 tsp, Black pepper - 1/2 small spoon, rock salt - 1 tsp, oil - 4 tbsp
To make cutlets, first, boil the arbi.
Arbi boils well in 1-2 whistles. Let it cool slightly, peel it and mash it.
Now add water chestnut flour, green chili, ginger, black pepper, coarsely ground groundnut, green coriander, and rock salt and mix everything well.
Apply a little oil on the hand and give the mixture the shape of a cutlet.
Cutlets can also be deep-fried, but the less you eat fried and roasted in the fast, the better. Then put 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and heat it.
Put raw cutlets on it and bake it on low flame.
When one side turns golden, flip and cooks the other side.
