Navratri 2021: In falahaar, you can consume apple kheer!


The holy festival of Navratri is going to start on Thursday. In Navratri, many devotees keep fast for 9 days and consume only fruits. In such a situation, today we have brought the recipe of apple kheer for you. It can be consumed as a fruit food, so let's know about its recipe.


Necessary Ingredients

Apple (peeled and grated) - 2

Milk - 2 glasses of

condensed milk - 3 tbsp

Raisins - 7-8

almonds chopped - 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Sugar - 1/2 tbsp ( Alternative)



First of all, you have to take a pan and put ghee in it, and heat it. When the ghee melts, add chopped apples and cook it on medium heat. Cook the apple until its water dries up completely. When the apple water dries up, turn off the gas. After this take another pan and add milk to it. You have to boil it on medium heat. When the milk starts boiling, reduce the flame and cook on low flame for 10 minutes to thicken. During this, keep stirring the milk in between.

When the milk is cooked well, then add condensed milk to it. After this increase the flame and let it cook for about five minutes. If it is sweet enough, there is no need to add sugar. After this, you have to put chopped almonds and cardamom powder inside it and mix it well. Now cook it for about three minutes and then turn off the gas.

Now keep the milk to cool down. When the milk cools down, you have to mix it by adding ripe apples and raisins. In this way your Tasty Apple Kheer is ready. You keep it in the fridge to cool it down. After this, serve cold-cold kheer to the fasting people.
