Makhana is a super healthy food. Calcium, phosphorus, protein, and iron are also found in them. Be it, pregnant women or children, everyone is advised to eat Makhana. You can eat makhana after soaking it in milk. But if you want to make tasty snacks with Makhana, then you can make it very easily. You can prepare both sweet and salty crispy snacks with it.

Ingredients for making Jaggery Makhana
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Makhana - 4 cups (100 grams)
Jaggery - ½ cup (125 grams)
Baking Soda (Baking Soda) – half a teaspoon
Sesame seeds - ¼ cup (35 grams)
Saunf - 2 tsp
salt - a pinch
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Dry ginger - 1 tsp
Black salt - 2 pinch

How to make Jaggery Makhana
Pour a little ghee into a pan, then add the nuts and fry on medium heat. After this take them out on a plate.

Now put a little ghee and jaggery in the pan and caramelize it.

You can put a drop of melted jaggery in water to check whether it is caramelized or not, if it hardens it means it is cooked. Add a little baking soda and mix well.

Now add roasted makhana, sesame, black pepper, ginger powder, black salt, fennel, and a pinch of salt and mix it well.

Convert it into a flat tray and let it cool.

When it cools down, separate the sticks sticking together with your hands.

Serve it and enjoy this healthy snack.

Ghee - 1½ tbsp
Makhana - 4 cups (100 grams)
Cheese, grated - 110 grams/ 1 cup
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Black salt - ¼ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  Salt - ¼ tsp salt
Garlic powder – ¼ tsp

How to make Cheese Makhana
Pour a little ghee into a pan, then add the nuts and fry on medium heat. After this take them out on a plate.

Grate the cheese for spice and spread it on a plate. Then let it dry for 2 days.

We grated 100 grams of cheese, which dried up to 60 grams. Now add dry paneer, turmeric, black salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a mixer grinder jar and grind them well.

Now we just have to mix the masala well with the roasted makhana.

Crispy Cheese Makhana is ready.
