Rajbhog Sweets

You can make Rajbhog sweet at home. To make it, first of all, mix cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios, and saffron together. After this, add sugar to water and keep stirring it on a low flame till it dissolves completely. After this, mash the paneer on a big plate. Now add flour to it and prepare a soft paste. Now make small balls of it.

Now make it thin put the dry fruit mixture in it make a round ball and close it. Now dissolve the sugar well in water. After this add food color to it. Now put the balls made of paneer paste in this water and let it cook for some time. You can also add water to it. So that the sugar does not become too thick. Here, Rajbhog Sweet will be ready in some time. Now serve it when it cools down.

Besan Burfi

The recipe for making gram flour barfi is very easy. To make it, first of all, heat 1/2 cup ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add 1 cup gram flour in it and fry the gram flour well on low flame. Keep frying it until the color of the gram flour becomes light golden and the fragrance starts coming from it.

Now add 1/4 cup water and mix well so that there are no lumps. Then add sugar as per requirement and mix well and cook. The mixture will start thickening. Now add cardamom powder and mix. Now apply ghee on a plate and pour this paste in it and add chopped dry fruits on top. Cut it into small pieces after it cools down. Besan ki Barfi is ready.
