Today we are going to tell you the recipe for Italian chocolate cake.

Italian chocolate cake which is famous by the name of Torta al Cioccolato cake. It is very tasty to eat. You can make it at home very easily. This cake is gluten-free. Things like ground peanuts and almonds are used. Let's know how this cake can be made at home.

Required Materials

To make this cake you will need salted butter as per requirement, chopped bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder, espresso powder, large eggs, sugar, almond flour, salt, and dark rum.

Put chocolate and butter in a medium-sized pan and melt it on low flame. Add chocolate, cocoa, and espresso powder. Beat it for a few minutes to let the chocolate soften. Now keep it aside to cool a little. Put eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat well. The mixture should be light and fluffy, for this this paste has to be beaten for 3-4 minutes. Now add the mixture of melted chocolate and butter to it and mix it well. After this, add almond flour and a little salt to it and beat it until it dissolves completely. First of all, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). After this, line the cake pan with butter paper or apply ghee well and set it. Now pour this batter into the prepared pan and bake it for 25-30 minutes. You can also check it by inserting a toothpick. Remove the cake from the oven and keep it aside to cool. Remove the cake from the fridge, garnish it with chocolate on top, and serve.
