Material

  1. 3 tbsp Wakefield Vanilla or Butterscotch Custard Powder
  2. 1/2 cup jowar flour
  3. 1 tbsp Wakefield Cocoa Powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Wakefield Baking Powder
  5. 3 tbsp soft butter
  6. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  7. 1/2 tbsp sugar
  8. a few drops of vanilla essence
  9. 2-3 tbsp choco chips
  10. A pinch of salt.

Method

Mix both sugar and butter and whisk well. After that mix custard powder, jowar flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder well in the mixture and knead it lightly. When the mixture is ready in the form of dough, add choco chips to it. Give the desired shape of cookies and bake in preheated oven at 150 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Cool and store in an air-tight container.

2- Jelly Mousse

Material

  1. 1 packet Wakefield Raspberry Jelly Mix
  2. 2 tbsp cream
  3. Mint leaves to garnish
  4. Fresh raspberries to garnish.

Method

Transfer the contents of the pack and the contents of the premix sachet into a bowl. Now boil 500 ml water and mix it in this mixture mix it well and let it cool for some time. Now put the mixture in a mold or jelly cup and let it set. The jelly will be set at room temperature for about 45 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.

3- Jelly Salad

Material

  1. 1 Wakefield Mango Jelly pack
  2. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 1/2 cup cucumber finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup grated carrots
  5. 1/2 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1 cup finely chopped
  7. 1 tbsp mango pieces
  8. Some lettuce leaves to serve
  9. A pinch of salt and black pepper.

Method

Mix cucumber, carrot, apple, mango, and capsicum in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, and keep it aside. Prepare the jelly with 1.5 cups of water as per the instructions on the pack, to make a thick jelly. Cool the jelly slightly and mix it by putting it in a salad bowl. After that put it in a silicone mold and let the mixture set. Your jelly salad is ready, unmold it and serve it with lettuce leaves.
