Ingredients of Buckwheat Paratha
1 cup buckwheat
1 medium green chilli
rock salt as required
ghee as needed
1 large potato
water as required
1/4 tsp black pepper

How to make Buckwheat Paratha
Step 1- Prepare the stuffing
First, boil the potatoes till they are fully cooked. Now peel it and mash it well in a bowl. Add chopped green chillies, salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Step 2- Prepare the Dough
Put buckwheat flour in a bowl. Add salt as per taste. Add warm water to batches and knead the dough.

Step 3- Prepare the Stuffed Balls
Now make small balls from the dough and roll them. Stuff each one with stuffing and seal the edges to make stuffed balls. Wrap the parantha in flour and roll it well.

Step 4- Prepare the Parathas
Now heat a griddle and put the stuffed paratha in it. After a minute turn it to the other side. Put some ghee and let it cook. Now flip again and sprinkle more oil. When the paratha turns golden-brown from both sides, it is ready. Repeat the process to make more such parathas.
