How to use skimmed milk

1. Use in skin care- If your skin is dry and flaky, apply a generous amount of skimmed milk on your face and massage well. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then wash off. After applying this your face will become soft and shiny.

2. Use in plants - You can use curdled milk in plants too. Whey milk is rich in calcium and when you mix it with water and sprinkle it on plants in the garden, it helps the plants grow.

3. Make Paneer – This is the easiest way to use curdled milk. For this, cook curdled milk on a medium flame for a few minutes. When it becomes thick, turn off the flame and collect the paneer in a muslin cloth, and tie it tightly so that the excess whey drains out.

4. Salad Dressing- To make the salad tasty, add skimmed milk instead of cream or curd in the dressing and enjoy the salad.

5. Use in smoothies – When skimmed milk is mixed with fruits and other ingredients, the odor goes away and you get a creamy fruit smoothie.
