Benefits of Kasuri Methi
Fresh and dried fenugreek leaves are known for their many health benefits. It is a good source of antioxidants, protein, iron, and calcium which can help in improving digestion and strengthening bones. Not only this but fenugreek is also considered very beneficial in diabetes.

How to make Kasuri Methi-
To make Kasuri Methi, wash the green fenugreek leaves thoroughly with clean water.

Dry them after their water has drained out.
 
Spread the leaves on a plate and let them dry in the sun till the moisture dries up.

You can also keep the leaves in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Store in an airtight jar in a cool and dry place.

Your Kasuri Methi is ready, you can put it in any dish of your choice.

Kasuri fenugreek can be used in these things
1. Paratha-

Fenugreek parathas are very much liked in the winter season. But in summer you can also satisfy the craving of eating fenugreek parathas. That too with Kasuri Methi. If you feel like eating fenugreek parathas, then mix kasoori fenugreek with flour and knead the dough and make parathas from it. In the test, you will get the flavor of fenugreek paratha.
