Kapalbhati is one of the most powerful of the pranayama techniques. This is very beneficial for your brain. It helps in increasing memory power.

Sit in a comfortable posture (such as Sukhasana, Ardhapadmasana, or Padmasana). Straighten your back and close your eyes. Keep your palms facing upwards on your knees. Inhale normally and focus on exhaling. Exhale through the nostrils with some force and sound, as if you are trying to clear your nostrils. Then inhale but without too much effort or force. As you exhale, contract your abdominal muscles and draw your navel inwards towards the spine. Make some effort to contract and stretch the stomach. Then release the contraction while inhaling. It does not require much effort to breathe. Practice slowly at first.
