Ingredients for making Shrikhand
500 grams fresh curd
8-10 saffron threads
50 grams powdered sugar
2 small cardamom
2 teaspoon milk
Method of making Shrikhand make
Shrikhand, you have to first tie the curd in a muslin or thin clean cloth. After that hang it for 2 hours. You have to press it with your hand and remove all the water from the curd and then leave it for a few hours.
After 2 hours, perfect curd is ready for making Shrikhand. Now squeeze out the remaining water by pressing the muslin cloth further. When all the water drains out, take out this curd in a bowl.
Now put saffron threads in milk and keep almonds and pistachios cut into small pieces. Also, make powder by crushing cardamom.
After this, beat the curd a little and add powdered sugar and cardamom to it. Mix them well and then add saffron milk. Mix all well. Lastly, add the pistachios and almond pieces, garnish with some pieces. Shrikhand is ready.
