If you live in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and believe that your electricity bill is coming in higher than expected despite judicious use of electricity, you can lodge a complaint. Complaints can also be lodged through Noida Power Company Limited App.

For Delhi residents:

If you are in Delhi and facing the problem of extremely high electricity bills, you can file a complaint with BSES or Tata Power. For BSES, visit their official website https://www.bsesdelhi.com/web/bypl/contact-customer-care to lodge a complaint. If you receive electricity from Tata Power, visit https://www.tatapower-ddl.com/customer/complaint/complaint-registration.aspx to register a complaint. If you are served by any other electricity provider, you can lodge your complaint on their respective portal.

Contact the electricity department:

If your area has a government-run electricity system and you experience a mismatch between your electricity usage and bill, you can approach your local electricity department to lodge a complaint.
