Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the Sub-Inspector Exam 2024 in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces. The application process started on March 4 and candidates interested in becoming Sub-Inspectors in BSF, CISF, CRPF and ITBP can apply through the official website of SSC, ssc.gov.in till March 28, 2024.

After submission of the application, registered candidates can make corrections in their application form from March 30 to March 31. Through this recruitment process, SSC will fill 125 posts for Male Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police, 61 posts for Female Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and a total of 4001 posts for Sub-Inspectors in CAPFs.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates applying for Sub-Inspector posts must have a graduation degree from any recognized university. The age of the applicant should be between 20 to 25 years as of August 1, 2024. Candidate should not be born earlier than 2nd August 1999 and not later than 1st August 2004. Reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation.

Application Fee:

The application fee for the SSC Delhi Police and CAPF recruitment exam is fixed at Rs 100. However, women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

Click on the Registration tab on the homepage.

Enter the required details to complete the registration and proceed to fill out the application form.

Upload the required documents and make a fee payment.

Selection Process:

The selection process for Sub-Inspector posts includes a Computer Test (CBT), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST), and a Medical Test. CBT is scheduled to be held on 9, 10 and 13 May 2024.
