1. Curd
Stop eating curd, rice, dry fruits, lentils and spinach. They contain a lot of protein.
2. Dal rice:
Consuming milk or dal before sleeping at night is harmful. This leads to the accumulation of uric acid in the body. Completely avoid peeled dals.
3. Bakery Foods
Avoid eating bakery foods such as pastries, cakes, pancakes, cream biscuits, etc. Foods rich in trans-fat increase the amount of uric acid.
4. Non Vegetarian food
If you are fond of eating non-veg then stop eating meat, eggs, and fish immediately. Eating these increases uric acid rapidly.
5. Soy Milk
To avoid the problem of uric acid, do not eat soy milk, junk food, spicy food, cold drinks, or fried items.
6. The rules of drinking water after eating
Should also be followed. Do not drink water while eating; water should be drunk one and a half hours before or after eating.
7. Alcohol

7. Raw Papaya
Take a raw papaya, cut it and separate the seeds. Now boil the papaya in 2 litres of water for 5 minutes. Cool this water and filter it, then drink it 2 to 3 times a day.
