Regarding the newborn baby, doctors say that they need the most sleep. A baby of 3 to 11 months needs at least 14-15 hours of sleep in a day.

Children between the ages of 3 and 6 need 11 to 13 hours of sleep. Talking about the same thing for 6-10-year-old children, they need at least 10 to 11 hours of sleep.
