Ingredients needed to make Chandrakala Gujiya
Ghee 1 tbsp
Chironji 1 tbsp
Almond chopped 1 tsp
Cashew chopped 1 tsp
Pistachios chopped 1 tsp
Semolina 2 tbsp
Dry coconut ½ cup
Khoya 1 cup
cardamom powder ½ tsp
flour one and a half cup
Water + 1 cup as required
Oil for frying 1 cup
silver work 2 nos

Method
To make Chandrakala Gujiya, first add ghee, chironji, almonds, cashews, and pistachios in a pan and fry it for 30 seconds. Now add semolina and fry it for a minute. After a minute add dry coconut to it and fry it for two to three minutes. Fry it well and take it out.

Now add cardamom powder and khoya to it and mix well. Keep it aside to cool down. Now add refined flour, and ghee in a bowl and mix it well. After mixing it well, knead it by adding water. After kneading this flour well, keep it covered with a velvet cloth.

Till then, in another pan, add sugar and water and prepare the syrup. Now take flour and roll small puris out of it. Apply water on the edges of these puris. Put khoya stuffing on top of one poori and cover it with another poori. Now seal the edges of both the pooris by mixing them well. You can also pinch and fold the edge of it. Similarly, prepare the rest of the Chandrakala Gujiyas.

After this, now put Chandrakala Gujiya in hot oil and fry it on low flame till it becomes golden. Once it is cooked, take it out on paper and let it cool.

Now put Chandra kala in the already prepared sugar syrup and keep it covered well. After a while, take it out and decorate it with pistachios and silverwork. Now you can win the hearts of people by serving this.
