Healthy Living: How to keep liver, lungs, heart and kidneys healthy?

Healthy Living: The liver is a very important organ of our body, which performs many functions simultaneously. If there is any defect in this organ, then the entire system of the body can deteriorate. Also, if the lungs do not work, we cannot survive, they help in breathing every moment. Apart from this, the kidney works like a filter, which removes toxic substances from the body.
What to do to keep body parts healthy?
Renowned craniofacial surgeon Dr. Anuj Kumar wrote on the social media platform X, "Often the question is how to keep the liver healthy? How to keep the lungs healthy or how to keep the heart safe. What is the use if the lungs and liver are healthy but the heart does not work? Even if the lungs, liver, and heart are fine but the kidneys get damaged, the same problem arises."
Dr. Anuj explained, "What I mean to say is that no organ remains healthy alone but remains in coordination with all the other organs. So you do not have to protect any one organ but keep the body healthy. And that is possible only with a healthy lifestyle."
