Beetroot - 1
Apple – 1/2
Tomato - 1
Carrot - 1
Ginger piece – 1/2 inch
Roasted cumin – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Plain salt - as per taste

To start the day healthy, if you want to make beetroot juice, first wash all the fruits and vegetables including beetroot. After this, take beetroot and peel it and cut it into small pieces. After this, cut tomatoes, carrots, apples, and ginger into pieces. Now take a mixing jar and put all the chopped fruits including beetroot in it.
