Eat flax seeds

Flaxseeds are known to cure many problems, but they must be used to reduce high cholesterol. For this, grind the seeds in a good mixer grinder and then mix one spoon of flaxseed powder in lukewarm water and drink it daily. This will not only reduce bad cholesterol but will also increase the amount of bad cholesterol.
