It is said that if one eats two fresh fruits daily, then a person can remain fit and healthy as well as keep the weight under control. If you eat fruits in the evening, then it has adverse health effects, so fruit should not be consumed after sunset.



According to Ayurveda, eating fruits after sunset in the evening can disturb your sleep as well as affect your digestion. The body gets instant energy but due to this, the amount of sugar in the blood increases and due to this, sleep cannot be achieved.

Apart from this, the metabolic rate becomes very slow after sunset, due to which it is very difficult to digest carbs, so if you want to consume fruits, then do it before sunset.

According to Ayurveda, eating fruits on an empty stomach in the morning is more beneficial because the stomach remains empty for about 10 hours at night and eating fruits in the morning on the stomach increases metabolism along with giving instant energy to the body while eating fruits during lunch.
