You have to lie on your back first and then join both legs together. During this, you have to put your hands along with the body. Now take a deep breath and exhale and simultaneously lift your chest with your feet while pulling both hands towards the feet. Then, at last, maintain the posture by taking a long and deep breath and then relax while exhaling. You can also repeat this.
First of all, you have to sit while straightening your spine and locking the fingers of both your hands with each other. After this, while turning the palms, keep them straight in the state of joining hands above your head. Now while taking a deep breath, feel the stretch on the arm, back muscles, and shoulder simultaneously. After doing this for two minutes, bring the hands down and then do this daily for 10 minutes i.e. at least five times.
In this, you have to lie down with your stomach on the ground and keep a short distance between both legs. Now while taking a deep breath, lift the upper part of your body upwards. Keep in mind that during this the elbows are straight and bend the legs in such a way that you do not feel much stretch. Do this at least four times.
You have to lie on your stomach and keep your feet away from each other. Now put your forehead on your palms and relax your body. After this, join the feet together and keep both hands near your body. However, during this time the palms should be upwards and the chin should be towards the ground. Now you have to take a deep breath and raise your feet above the ground. During this, keep in mind that raise the legs as high as you can without bending your knees. At the same time, you have to inhale and exhale, then while exhaling, bring the legs down.
