But in today's era, bones are not only weakening of people of growing age but people of younger age i.e. youth are also seen suffering. which is a matter of concern. In such a situation, it becomes necessary for us to understand that what is the reason behind it? Although there can be many reasons behind this, one reason is clearly visible that behind this is our unhealthy diet. People consume anything without thinking, which works to harm them. So let's know what are those food items, which work to weaken the bones of the human body.
In today's time, almost every second person consumes cold drinks, but we forget that due to the carbon dioxide and phosphorus in it, it is not good for our bones and it works to make our bones hollow.
Everyone says that eat green vegetables, gives benefits. But things like spinach, legumes, greens, and beets are high in oxalates, due to which they affect the absorption of calcium. Therefore, it becomes necessary to avoid consuming too many vegetables like spinach.
Be it, children or young people, almost everyone loves to eat chocolate. But let us tell you here that consuming chocolate increases the amount of sugar and oxalate in the body, due to which calcium is not absorbed in the body, and due to this our bones start weakening. Therefore, the consumption of chocolate should also be avoided.
People drink alcohol on wedding-party occasions or many people daily, which causes great harm to our bodies. Also, consuming alcohol reduces the amount of calcium in the body, due to which the bones start becoming weak. Therefore, its consumption should be avoided.
