Papaya is very beneficial for our health. Many types of nutrients are found in it. However, consuming curd with or after papaya can prove to be injurious to health. For this reason, curd should not be consumed after papaya. The combination of these two is injurious to health.

According to Ayurveda, the effects of both are opposite to each other. For this reason, a person has to face many problems related to health. Consuming both together can cause problems like cold, cough, and headache.

For this reason, people should consume curd only after about an hour after eating papaya. Both these things are very beneficial for health, but the combination of both can prove to be harmful to health.
