Today we are going to tell you an important thing regarding these. The thing is that these seeds should be consumed only after roasting them. By consuming unroasted seeds, we may have to face many health related problems. Eating these seeds without roasting them can cause digestive upset. 


These can cause intestinal problems if eaten unroasted or soaked. These seeds can stick to the intestinal walls. Because of this we may have to face poor digestion. By consuming them without roasting, we do not get the benefit of the minerals and vitamins present in them.
