Chia seeds are very useful in reducing weight. You can consume them by mixing them in tea. For this, you boil water and put tea leaves in it. Now keep it aside to cool down. When the tea cools down, add chia seeds to it. Do not put them in hot tea even by mistake. By doing this they will stick.
Put chia seeds in cold tea and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours and let it cool. After this add lemon and ginger to it. Now you consume it. This will reduce your weight.
