Now closing the eyes and taking a deep breath in, lift both the legs up towards the sky at a normal speed.

Keeping the waist up along with the legs, keep it in a 90 degree line in the sky and raise the waist and back.

Now, with the help of both hands, keep the elbows on the ground. Keep the thumb of both the hands towards the stomach and keep four fingers of the hand on the back face to face.

Stay in this position for a while and slowly remove the support of your hands and shoulders and bring the waist down.

To do this yoga asana, place your palms on the mat and bend the arms at 90 degrees and keep the elbows directly above the wrists.

Lift the knees and extend both the legs towards your palms.

Now balance the right leg by raising it.

Afterwards, raise the left leg also.

Hold this position for 20-30 seconds with the toes pointing towards the ceiling.

Halasan

To do Halasana, lie down on your back.

Now place your palms on the floor by the side.

Raise both legs up 90 degrees.

Use the abdominal muscles while doing this process.

Stay in this position and keep both the palms firmly on the ground.

Now slowly move the legs behind your head.

Stay in this state for some time.

Bhujangasana

To do this asana, first of all lie down straight on the ground.

Now keep your palms shoulder width apart on the floor.

Keeping the lower body on the ground, inhale and lift your chest off the floor and look towards the ceiling.

While exhaling, bring your body back to the floor.
