Hair Care: Hair becomes sticky and oily due to sweat, so apply this hair mask!

Summers have started and with this season also comes the need for extra care of our skin and hair. Due to sweat, both skin and hair become oily and sticky, which does not look good.

To deal with this, many people start washing their hair daily or every other day. However, washing your hair too frequently can damage it. Therefore, it is recommended to wash your hair only twice a week. Many people also use expensive hair products available in the market, but these products may contain chemicals that can harm your hair.

To solve the problem of sticky and oily hair due to sweat, you can use home remedies to make hair masks with easily available ingredients at home.

Yogurt Hair Mask

Yogurt is a probiotic, which helps control excess oil production and can help balance oily hair. To make this mask, mix one tablespoon of baking soda, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and one egg white in half a cup of plain curd. Apply this paste to your hair and leave it for 20-30 minutes before washing. You can use this hair mask once a week.

Multani Mitti

Multani Mitti is beneficial not only for the skin but also for the hair. It can add shine to your hair and make them soft. To use, soak multani mitti overnight, then mash it well the next morning to make a thin paste. Apply this paste to your hair and wash it with normal water after 10-15 minutes. You can add a few drops of lemon juice and honey to Multani Mitti for added benefits.
