GATE 2024: After the GATE result, now wait for score card, will be able to download it from March 23!

Indian Institute of Science (IISc Bengaluru) released the results of the GATE exam late in the evening on 16 March. Candidates who appeared for the GATE exam for admission to postgraduate programs can check their results on the official website gate2024.iisc.ac.in. Additionally, IISc will also upload the scorecards of the candidates on the official website on March 23.

GATE 2024 scorecard: Download from March 23

Candidates can download their scorecard from the official website from 23rd March. GATE score will be used for admission to PG programs offered by IISc Bangalore, as well as other participating IITs and NITs.

Validity of GATE Scorecard: Valid for three years

The GATE 2024 scorecard, declared on March 16, 2024, will be valid for three years. The scorecard will contain details like the candidate's name, address, marks obtained, qualifying marks, GATE score, All India Rank, and number of candidates who appeared in the paper.

Gate score weightage

The institutions participating in the GATE exam will consider the GATE score, personal interview, and academic performance of the candidates for admission to PG programs. The weightage of GATE 2024 score will be 70%, while the weightage of personal interview and academic performance will be 30%. Additionally, GATE scores will also be used for recruitment processes by Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

How to download the GATE 2024 scorecard

After the release of the scorecard on March 23, candidates can follow these steps to download their scorecard:

Visit the official website gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

Click on the GATE 2024 Scorecard Login link.

Enter the Registration ID, Email Address, and Password.

A scorecard will be displayed.

Download your scorecard and take a printout for future reference.
