How to make Reetha-Amla Shampoo
10-15 Amla (drained)
10-15 Reetha (drained)
1 cup Water
1 tsp Honey (optional)
1 tsp Lemon juice (optional)
Method-
Boil amla and reetha
First, wash the dried amla and reetha well and cut them into small pieces. Then put them in a bowl of water and boil them. When the water remains half, remove them from the heat.
Strain the mixture after boiling
Once boiled, strain the mixture and keep the thick portion aside.
Add other ingredients to the shampoo
If you want, you can also add a small spoon of honey and lemon juice to this mixture. Honey gives moisture and nourishment to the hair, while lemon promotes hair cleansing.
