Carrot and Radish Kanji
To make this, first of all, you will need 250 grams of black carrot, 100 grams of radish, 2 teaspoons of mustard powder, salt, red chili, and water as per requirement.
To make it, first of all, cut carrots and radishes into long pieces. After this, take a glass vessel and fill it with about 1 liter of water. After this, add chopped radish and carrots to it. Now add salt, mustard powder, and red chili to it and mix well. Cover this mixture in a glass vessel and keep it in the sun for 3 to 4 days and stir it once every day with a spoon. After this, Kanji is ready.
Carrot Radish Beetroot Kanji
To make this, you will need 2 radishes, 2 carrots, 1 beetroot, 3 liters water, 3 teaspoons mustard, salt, black salt, 1 teaspoon asafoetida and salt as per requirement.
First of all, cut the radish, carrot and beetroot into long pieces and put them in boiling water and turn off the gas in 2 to 3 minutes. After this, let the water cool down. Now grind red chilli, mustard, asafoetida and salt according to taste in a mixer. After this, add some water and grind it further. Now mix these vegetables in water and fill it in a glass jar and keep it in the sun for 2 to 3 days. Kanji is ready.
