Things needed to make Malpua
250 grams of wheat flour
100 grams milk
100 grams sugar
4 tsp desi ghee
To make Malpua, first, take sugar and milk in a vessel, then stir them with the help of a spoon until the sugar dissolves well in the milk. Now add flour to this solution and keep mixing the solution in the vessel. Be careful that there are no lumps in the solution while mixing. Keep beating the solution continuously until your solution becomes smooth. By doing this your batter will become better.
Now take a pan and add refined sugar to it. When the oil becomes hot, take the solution in a large spoon and pour it directly into the pan. When you put it in the pan, it will spread automatically. Try to pour this solution in such a way that a round shape is formed. Similarly, pour all the batter into the pan. When Malpua is cooked from both sides, take it out from the pan and keep it in a plate. Keep in mind that while roasting Malpua, the flame should remain low. If this does not happen the Malpua may even get burnt.
