Ingredients of Coconut Paneer
To make Coconut Paneer: 250 grams paneer, ½ cup fresh cream, ½ teaspoon garam masala, ½ teaspoon turmeric, 5 teaspoons grated coconut, 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes, 2 finely chopped onions, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste Take 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon paneer masala, 3-4 green chilies, 2 bay leaves, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 cardamom, little oil and salt as per taste.

Coconut Paneer Recipe
To make coconut paneer, cut the paneer into square pieces. Now put oil in the pan and put it on the gas. After the oil is hot, lightly fry the paneer pieces. Now take out the paneer and keep it aside. After this add cumin and bay leaves and fry in hot oil. Then mix clove, cardamom, and ginger garlic paste in it. Now add onion after frying for 1 minute. When the onions start to look light golden, add tomatoes and fry them.

After tomatoes become soft, add turmeric, garam masala, and paneer masala and fry. Now mix grated coconut and red chili powder in it. After cooking for about 2-3 minutes, add cream to this mixture. After stirring for some time, add fried paneer, salt, and water as required. Now cook the gravy till it thickens. Your Coconut Paneer is ready, serve it garnished with grated coconut.
