So today we are sharing the recipe of some such juices prepared from green vegetables and fruits.
1. Spinach, Carrot, and Apple Juice
5-6 spinach leaves, 1 apple, 1 carrot, cinnamon to taste
First, chop the spinach, carrot, and apple well. Then grind them in a mixer. A little water will be needed for grinding.
When the puree of all the things is well made, then take it out in a glass.
Sprinkle black salt and cinnamon on top and serve.
2. Celery, Mosambi, and Spinach Juice
6-7 spinach leaves, 1 mosambi, 2 celery, lemon juice to taste
Wash and chop the mosambi, spinach, and celery thoroughly.
Grind them all together in a juicer.
To enhance the taste, add lemon juice to it as well.
Tasty juice is ready.
3. Cabbage and Lemon Juice
1/2 Cabbage, 5-6 mint leaves, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice
Remove and discard the top leaves of the cabbage and wash the used leaves.
Now grind the mint leaves along with the cabbage well in a mixer.
Take it out in a glass and drink after adding honey, lemon juice.
4. Cucumber and Kiwi Juice
1 cucumber, 1 kiwi
Put cucumber and kiwi together in the juicer and grind it well.
There is no need to add any flavor to it, but if you want, you can add a little black salt.
5. Gourd, Amla, and Mint Juice
1/2 gourd peeled, 3-4 amla chopped, 2-3 mint leaves, 1/2 inch piece of ginger, black salt as per taste
Put bottle gourd, amla, mint, ginger, black salt, and a little water in the juicer and grind them all well.
Drink it immediately.
