Ingredients to make Chana Dal Kebab:

Chana dal - 1 cup, Spinach - 2 cups (finely chopped), Chaat masala - 1 spoon, Ginger - 1 spoon (grated), Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves (finely chopped), Onion. - 1 small (finely chopped), green coriander - 1/2 cup (finely chopped), green chilli - 2 (finely chopped), rice flour - 1 cup, garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp, Turmeric- 1/4 tsp. Salt as per taste, mustard oil for frying


Make chana dal kebab like this

Soak chana dal in water for about 1 hour.

After this, take out the chana dal from the water in the pressure cooker. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric and a cup of water and cook for about 3 to 4 whistles. When it is cooked well, take it out and let it cool.

After this, put it in a blender and make a smooth paste.

Put this paste in a bowl. Now it's time to add onion, green chilli, chaat masala, garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, salt as per taste, a little rice flour and mix.

Take out the rice flour separately in a plate and keep it.

Make kebabs of desired shape from the lentil mixture. To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands, you can apply water or oil on your hands.

Put the pan on the gas and add oil in it. When the oil is hot, coat the kebabs with rice flour on both sides and fry them in the oil.
