Chaat Recipe Tips: You can also make 'Crispy Corn Chaat' and enjoy it



  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Corn - 2 cups
  • Black salt - as per taste
  • Oil -
  • lemon juice as required
  • Maize flour - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon


You have to boil the corn. After this, you have to put corn in a bowl, as well as rice and maize flour and salt, cumin powder, and mix well by adding water as needed.

After this, you have to heat the oil in a pan and add the mixed ingredients to it. It has to be cooked till it turns brown so that the ingredients in the corn get cooked properly. When it turns brown, take it out on plain paper so that all the extra oil is removed.

After this, put this material on a plate, add black salt, chaat masala, chili flakes, and lemon juice on it, mix it well, and eat it with pleasure.
