  • Buransh flower is full of medicinal properties and is also used in making many Ayurvedic medicines.
  • It is rich in anti-diabetic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
  • Due to its antioxidant properties, it protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals and prevents premature ageing of the skin.
  • Apart from reducing the signs of ageing, it is also effective in reducing acne and blemishes.
  • It cools the body and removes the toxins accumulated in the body.
  • It removes many types of skin infections and makes the skin glowing.

How to prepare Buransh flower juice?

  • This flower is found in Uttarakhand in March and April.
  • To make its juice, wash some flowers thoroughly.
  • Now fill a vessel with water, add flowers to it and cook on low flame.
  • When the colour of the water turns pink, turn off the gas.
  • Now keep stirring it well until it reduces to half.
  • Filter it and cool it.
  • Your Buransh flower juice is ready.
  • While drinking, add about 2 spoons of this juice in a glass and drink it after mixing it with water.
