Breakfast recipe: You can also make parathas with leftover lentils

Dal would be made in everyone's house one day or the other and sometimes it would have been saved due to over-cooking. In such a situation, instead of throwing it away, you can make a new dish out of it and that is leftover dal paranthas. This can be useful in your breakfast and you will like the taste too.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup leftover lentils
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 3 teaspoons oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and black pepper as per taste
Method
You have to put flour, lentils, onion, one teaspoon of oil, capsicum, salt, and black pepper in a big bowl and knead it well with a little water. After this, you have to take its balls and roll them. Now bake these parathas on a non-stick pan and serve.
